ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - CIVIL ENGINEERING - GBP25K TO GBP32K + PACKAGE
Are you looking to gain as much variation and experience as possible within a civil engineering arena?
This contractor is in a prime position to offer you one of the most exciting starts to your career within Quantity Surveying!
They are able to attract candidates from all backgrounds (large multi-nationals, SMEs, smaller local firms) as they have the perfect mix of being a privately owned contractor with a whole host of clients offering project experience on highways, structures, water, flood defence and many more. As a business they are also multi-disciplinary and therefore able to offer career progression within a multitude of sectors without having to change employers!
On average, schemes range between GBP1.5 and GBP10m in value and, depending on your level of experience, you will be assisting a Senior QS on the larger schemes to gain experience and development on these as well as being able to commercially manage your own projects at the lower end. Feedback from other people who have recently started in the business is fantastic and the company also boasts a high level of staff retention.
There is some room for negotiation on the salary so if you are a bit more experienced than the wage suggests, please still get in touch as they are able to progress this role to the next level very quickly.
