Ideally based: West London (Reading, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Guildford, Slough, Oxford)

Remuneration: GBP52,500 + performance related bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager - Contract Bedroom & Bathroom Furniture will involve:

?? Field sales position selling a high quality bespoke range of bedroom and bathroom fitted furniture such as: wardrobes, lounge furniture, worktops, storage units and interior finishes predominantly into the new build house builder market sector

?? All of your time will be spent selling into regional & national housing developers / housebuilders, housing associations and large main contractors for example; Persimmon, Linden Homes / Bovis, Taylor Wimpey, Barratt, MACE, Cala, Miller, McCarthy Stone, CWC and St Modwen

?? Dealing with high value large projects

?? Will be targeted to achieve circa GBP2.5m+ turnover

?? Majority of your time will be spent managing existing key account relationships, with the remaining portion of your time focusing on hunting new business relationships with regional / national housing developers

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Contract Bedroom & Bathroom Furniture with:

?? Must have a demonstrable track record of selling to national & regional developers / housebuilders, housing associations and large main contractors

?? Must have detailed knowledge within main contractors and house builders such as: Persimmon, Linden Homes / Bovis, Taylor Wimpey, Barratt, MACE, Cala, Miller, McCarthy Stone, CWC and St Modwen

?? Must have sold a KBB related product ideally bedroom and bathroom fitted furniture such as: wardrobes, lounge furniture, worktops, storage units, interior finishes, flooring, carpets, internal doors (not essential)

?? Must have experience dealing with large key accounts

?? Genuine gravitas to present at a senior level on complex and long sales cycle projects

?? Commercially astute, professional and organised

?? Genuine desire, self-motivated and hungry to achieve targets

?? Have a desire to make a difference and achieve as part of a team in a growing and exciting company
