Our leading client is looking for Tech Support based at Edinburgh.
Key to this appointment is a strong sense of ownership and the desire to deliver outstanding service to our clients. This person must have a strong engineering background and a successful track record in supporting high-quality commercial applications.
In a perfect world you would have the following skills and experience:
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Candidates should be passionate about service delivery and have a strong desire to learn and improve.
• Good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent client facing skills
• Strong technical knowledge in web application support in a windows environment
• Experience with SQL Server maintenance, analysing and tuning database performance.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking, IPSEC VPN, network security
• Some experience with CI/CD pipelines / automated deployment, Azure DevOps
