Senior Maintenance Technician

Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Fresh Property Group are now looking to appoint a Maintenance Operative to join Onyx, our new 1025 bed student accommodation scheme in Birmingham.

About You

We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician who will undertake minor reactive repairs and carry out planned maintenance works, to include regular painting and decorating, health and safety checks, ground maintenance, guarding, refuse and recycling management.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will organise and coordinate contractors and proposed schedule of works and overall building maintenance management. Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload, you will have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain the highest levels of professionalism with customers, even when under stress. You’ll also need to be IT literate including Microsoft Office and be competent in minor electrical maintenance works. Although this role is not customer facing, you will be working around students and therefore we require candidates to have good customer service skills.
