Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking to recruit a General Manager to join us at our student accommodation schemes based in the heart of Birmingham.

Joining us as a General Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the site which will include collecting the rent and ensuring the building is a safe and great place to live. This is a hands-on role which will require you to balance the serious aspects of the role whilst providing a social and fun atmosphere – a community feel where students want to live and work.

About You

This role would suit a meticulous, organised and personable individual who has previous sales experience and is comfortable with financial reporting. With knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to remain calm and professional in what can be sometimes difficult situations. You’ll have building management experience and will ideally have worked in student accommodation, hotel or hospitality industry.
