As Asset Administrator you will be providing administration support to the Asset Data Manager and the Junior Contracts Surveyor (H&S) in relation to health and safety compliance. This will include communicating with customers, by phone, email, letter, etc., to arrange appointments and handle queries - as well as, under supervision, allocating work to contractors and consultants. It will also be a key part of your role to update and maintain IT systems and other health & safety records.
Preferably from a relevant social housing/contractor background, you'll certainly have honed your strong interpersonal, communication and IT skills (including Excel), in a busy, customer-focused environment. With good numerical abilities, great attention to detail and a proactive focus on results, you're able to take responsibility for updating large volumes of data and keeping accurate team delivery, KPIs, contract administration and legal compliance records.
