Join this innovative social business as an Asset Administrator and provide the dedicated support that enables the organisation to meet its responsibilities and keep its residents safe.

Raven is a business with a clear social purpose: building homes and changing lives in Surrey and Sussex. We aim to be an outstanding provider of homes, a cornerstone of the community and an innovative employer.

As Asset Administrator you will be providing administration support to the Asset Data Manager and the Junior Contracts Surveyor (H&S) in relation to health and safety compliance. This will include communicating with customers, by phone, email, letter, etc., to arrange appointments and handle queries - as well as, under supervision, allocating work to contractors and consultants. It will also be a key part of your role to update and maintain IT systems and other health & safety records.

Preferably from a relevant social housing/contractor background, you'll certainly have honed your strong interpersonal, communication and IT skills (including Excel), in a busy, customer-focused environment. With good numerical abilities, great attention to detail and a proactive focus on results, you're able to take responsibility for updating large volumes of data and keeping accurate team delivery, KPIs, contract administration and legal compliance records. You should also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively and caring about making things better.

We support and trust our staff to work as a team and be their best. We offer good salaries and benefits, a great pension scheme, paid holiday and sickness benefit, plus support for further training to develop your skills and career.
