Breck Foundation are pleased to be recruiting an enthusiastic, motivated and organised Programme Coordinator for our expanding Breck Ambassador Program to train Volunteer Police Cadets to deliver our educational programs within their schools and communities in Surrey.  This newly funded program follows on from the successful pilot in London with a view to expand across the UK.  The successful candidate must be able to engage with and train teenagers, ensure quality control of the ongoing program, assist with updates to the resources, keep track of impact and reach, coordinate between police and Team Breck, encourage fundraising activities, as well as assist Team Breck in growth and projects.  Must be able to work independently as well as ensuring collaboration within teams, have experience in education and working with children and teenagers, proficient with IT skills and writing reports, have a full driving licence with access to a car, work with the Breck Ambassadors on Tuesday-Thursday evenings throughout Surrey, have flexible working hours between working with the Breck Ambassadors and at our office, be a confident public speaker and have knowledge of or ability to learn about safeguarding, grooming, CSE, online safety, digital resilience and have an understanding of the way in which children live out their lives online.
