Recruitment Administrator

Salary - GBP19,000 per annum

25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays, 5% employer pension contribution, Employee Assistance Programme, Access to discounts)

We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team at Complete Care Amegreen. This role is to be based at our head office in Telford working in conjunction with the Head of Recruitment.

Role Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Your main responsibilities as a Recruitment Administrator is to support the Recruitment team with efficient administration and on-boarding of new recruits.

Main Duties:

  • Acting as the first point of contact within the Recruitment team for general queries, directly queries to the appropriate person;
  • Accurate recording of candidate information and updating candidate progress information on the ATS;
  • Working with the recruitment team to ensure candidates become compliant converting circa 20 new candidates each week;
  • Add compliant candidates to People Planner to enable HR to convert candidates to employees;
  • Completing references and employment checks to support the recruitment team as required;
  • Create ID badges for all new candidates being on-boarded;
  • Ensure all new candidates are booked onto induction, and supporting administration is completed;
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams;
  • Supporting with recruitment activities as and when required by the Recruitment Team Leader;
  • Seek support and escalate non-compliance where appropriate
  • Any other duties as directed by the Recruitment Management

Skills & Experience Required - Essential

  • Previous experience in a recruitment administration role;
  • Knowledge of completing background checks;
  • Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities;

  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary;
