Job Description – Grant & Campaign Co-ordinator

£30,000 per annum plus defined benefits contributory pension

Full time 35 hours per week, flexible working/occasional evening and weekend duties

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Fundraising.

Purpose

To play a key role within a small but growing Development / Fundraising team.
The post will primarily be to prepare applications to a range of funders, in order to secure support for a variety of projects across the Diocese.
Research, prepare and submit well written applications based on information provided by the team and/or Parishes with bids of four, five and six figures to trusts, foundations and statutory bodies.
This position will involve developing relationships with funders, building cases for support, working across different teams and researching potential funding opportunities.
The post will lead on delivering parish engagement and community consultation exercises
The successful candidate will play a central role in the delivery of fundraising campaigns
Provide support to other fundraising activities as required

The role will include working with a CRM for monitoring, tracking and co-ordinating projects.
