Bookkeeper - (Temp to perm)
This dynamic Construction business in West London is looking for a capable Bookkeeper to join its small office team and do all round accounts and payroll, using Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll.
Key tasks include:
*Processing sales invoices, receipts, and payments
*Processing expense requests.
*Dealing with Auditor requests.
*Weekly payroll and review the timesheets and attendance
*Completing VAT return
*Prepare monthly statement of accounts
*Producing reports such as Aged Debtor report, Stock Audit, etc.
*Dealing with financial paperwork and filing.
This position will suit a Bookkeeper for a small business who is used to doing all around accounts on Sage. The position is expected to grow as they are taking on more contracts. Although this is a permanent position, they want someone who can start as a temp.
