We are looking for a full time Legal Adviser to join our Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their career in a growing firm with long term opportunities for progression.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload consisting of residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters from instruction to completion.

You will provide our clients with quality, tailored and support advice to assist with their specific requirements. You will be expected to ensure that all business targets including service and quality are being met.

You will also be expected to take an active role in networking and business development and to generate new clients and contacts.

Residential Property Legal Adviser Requirements:

You will be searching for a role where you can build on your expertise, continuously learn and improve and take your career to the next level.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good experience of handling own sale and purchase files from start to finish.
  • Proven track record of business development and meeting clients face-to-face.
  • Confident communication skills with clients and potential clients.
  • Ability to manage own workflows and meet and exceed deadlines and targets.
  • Experience of working with an IT case management system.
