Permanent Vacancy: Conveyancing Solicitor
Salary: DOE
Working hours: 9am - 5pm/Monday to Friday
Location: Southside Glasgow
Our client, based in the Southside of Glasgow are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy, thriving, and vibrant company. Job role:
* Overseeing an experienced team of 4
* Manage a high caseload
* Liaison with clients, lenders, third party solicitors and estate agents
* Sales, purchase & remortgage from beginning to end
* Dealing with discharges, equity release and transfer of title
* Responsible for the organisation of correspondence and documentation
* Preparation and drafting the necessary correspondence and documents for each transaction utilising existing computer resources
* Working closely with loyal and existing client base
* Providing excellent service at all times
* Future promotional prospects within the business
