Architect
An Architect is required for a lively architectural practice of 20 based in York's City Centre!
This RIBA Chartered Architectural practice is continuously growing and now requires an Architect to support the team.
Within the practice are Architects, Architectural Assistants, and Architectural Technicians who all have a range of different experiences. Four years ago, the practice was set up to provide architectural services that stand out compared to their rivals.
At the heart of the business are two partners who have a wealth of experience in the commercial, residential, and care sectors. Both partners have won prestigious architectural awards in their careers.
They now require an Architect with experience of using Revit to join their team.
As the Architect you will be involved with:
* Produce tender package drawings
* Assist within the busy practice
* Run and manage your own projects
* Produce information for site meetings and different stages
* Used AutoCAD and Revit daily
The salary for this Architect position ranges from GBP28,000 to GBP33,000 depending on previous experience.
To Be Considered: Architect
* Previous experience working as an Architect or Part 2 Architectural Assistant in the UK
* Live within a commutable area to York
* Previous experience of running and managing your own projects
* The previous ability to use AutoCAD and Revit
* Positive, sociable, and committed attitude
* Interest/passion for commercial, large scale residential and healthcare projects
