The client is a science-led, global bio-pharmaceutical company, with a focused portfolio in core therapies.

Description

Some of the key responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include:

  1. Managing operational activities for DS&AI LT & members of BPO team
  2. Managing meeting involving Leadership team members including taking minutes and follow-up on actions
  3. Managing SharePoint requests, portfolio updates, general maintenance, and build as needed
  4. Managing DS&AI New Starter onboarding deck and feedback through MS SharePoint site
  5. Supporting departmental portfolio preparation
  6. Supporting valuation monthly meetings and minutes, and updating ServiceNow
  7. Preparing Powerpoint slides for Portfolio review with Leadership team and TA review meetings
  8. Taking minutes for Portfolio & TA LT review meetings
  9. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  10. Supporting the BPO Directors/Head in collecting and tracking DS&AI performance measures and metrics

The successful Project Coordinator will:

  • Capable of proactively prioritizing & managing a high volume of activities for multiple people simultaneously
  • Communicates effectively and confidentially with local and global leadership
  • Ability to work across functions and geographies
  • Demonstrate the ability for independent working to deliver activities including new ideas and innovations
  • Project Management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite, in particular Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
