WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER:
As a strategic account manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of customers as growing those customers in both product count and revenue. An opportunity to make high levels of commission without the cold calling.
Everyday can be different with a variation of tasks, you could be resolving objections, selling a new contract, or dealing with a complex query. This role will give you the opportunity to build lasting customer relations.

- Manage and improve relationships with a specific group of customers
- Improve the service holding we have for a customer by cross selling
- Manage a customer's journey successfully from locked in to live and through to renewal stage
- Investigate and resolve objections
- To contribute to improving the businesses live rate
- Deal with queries or issues on your customers behalf

WHAT WE WANT FROM OUR STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGERS:
- Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills are integral to the role.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Minimum 12 months experience in the B2B energy market
- A firm understanding of the energy industry
