StreamSets Developer

A StreamSets Developer working with a prestigious consultancy company. This role will be working with one of their key banking clients and will provide an opportunity to work on a new StreamSets project as part of a major transformation.

Responsibilities:

* Design event driven architecture with streaming technology (Kafka, StreamSets, Spark Streaming)
* Work closely with the team to design and implement data processing strategies including StreamSets pipelines
* Analyse business requirements from multiple stakeholders and manage technical meetings with the client
* Support the deployment and implementation of the solutions

Key Skills

* Experience with technologies such as StreamSets and Kafka
* Proficient in either Python, Java or Groovy is desirable
* Strong data engineering experience, and very good knowledge of streaming technology
* Ability to work closely with stakeholders and manage technical requirements
