This Work from home Temporary Online Academic Coordinator role is based in Bedford with remote working and the role will be to provide administrative support in relation to the creation, implementation and maintenance of legal courses including managing queries and on boarding of new students along with managing course facilitators

Client Details

This Bedford based company are enrolling new students and tutors onto their online LAW courses/programmes and are in need of a temporary Online Academic Coordinator to lead a team of Programme Administrator based from home to provide admin support and access to legal programmes for students and ensure the on boarding of new students and tutors is aligned. There is no need to be based locally as the role is fully remote home based working


Online Academic Coordinator Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Lead a team of programme administrators to set up teaching events on the CRM coordinating students and tutors together
Look at process improvements to bring efficiency's to the function
Assist with setting up, changing and, where appropriate, removing, tutors on the CRM
Support the tutor claims process
Assist with routine communications with freelance tutors
Monitor turnaround times for tutor marking
Respond to routine study related queries from students, escalating to line manager or delivery staff as appropriate
Assist the Skills Lead with the administration of internal verification, including skills units
Assist with the administration of City and Guilds programmes
Provide administrative support to the Senior On-programme administrators as agreed with line manager
Work with the Business Transformation Team to identify and implement changes to improve the efficiency of Law School processes
Contribute to the development and delivery of the customer service strategy by working with the wider Customer Journey teamProfile

Legal Programme Administrator Qualifications and Experience

Prior team lead experience or a track record leading a project of process improvement
Law based degree and A Levels (or Level 3 equivalent), 5 x GCSE (grades A-C/9-4) including English and maths
Experience of using CRM ideally MS Dynamics
Experience of co-ordination of administration processes
Knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship and/or Law programmes is desirable but not essentialJob Offer
