We are now seeking a Pharmacy Field Business Developer to join our team within the Glasgow and Edinburgh region, covering the Central Belt.

The Role
 
As a Pharmacy Field Business Developer, you will promote and sell our extensive range of Over the Counter (OTC) pharmacy products and diagnostic devices to customers across the Central Belt in Scotland.
 
Establishing and developing new business and retaining existing customers, you will act as the key point of contact for your accounts, ensuring the needs of each customer are fully met.
 
You’ll identify new leads and build strong relationships in order to effectively present, promote and sell products and implement in-store promotional programmes.
 
Additionally, you will:
 
- Provide product training and increase brand awareness
- Oversee supply management
- Produce reports on customer needs, problems, and interests
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends within your territory
 
About You
 
As a Pharmacy Field Business Developer, you will need:
 
- Experience working within an FMCG retail environment
- At least three years’ experience within a field sales and account management role
- Commercial business awareness, with the ability to merchandise and offer category advice
- The drive and passion to succeed and to meet and exceed targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- The ability to train others and impart your knowledge and experience
- A full driving licence
