The Talent Tap is a charity with a mission to drive social mobility by providing talented school leavers from disadvantaged backgrounds in low social mobility areas with the training, work experience, networks and confidence they need to succeed.We are recruiting an experienced fundraiser to help The Talent Tap grow our support for young people and increase our reach across the UK. You’ll be passionate about social mobility, diversity and inclusion and equal opportunity workplaces.
You will work in conjunction with our CEO and Business Partnership Director to bring capacity, expertise and energy to The Talent Tap’s fundraising activities. As a small organisation, we are looking for someone happy to work across the breadth of fundraising and to work collaboratively and creatively with the whole team. Specific experience in trust and foundations would be beneficial.
Although you will be hitting the ground running, we are incredibly flexible in terms of hours. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude, a networker and communicator with a proven track record of success.
