Utilising your high level of dog training knowledge you will identify at the earliest possible stage puppies that require remedial attention for example for behavioural issues and put in place appropriate behavioural modification programmes.
All progress with the puppies will be monitored by you and you will compile monthly reports to the Regional Satellite Manager. This includes ensuring record keeping and data is accurately input for all puppies in training using appropriate forms and systems. With the support of the Puppy Office you will place food and equipment orders and maintain stock levels.
