Start Date: September 2021

We are very excited to recruit a SENDCo and Inclusion Leader who has the ability to form outstanding relationships with children and adults, has high aspirations and is passionate about providing children and staff with the very best opportunities to achieve their best.

*This is currently a 0.6 non-class based permanent position managing SEND and inclusion across the school. The option of increasing this to a 4 or 5 day contract with some teaching responsibility is negotiable for the right candidate.

You will help lead the strategic direction and development of Inclusion and SEND provision across the school. You will take responsibility for leading and managing staff and for the effective deployment of support staff and resources. The role will entail assisting pupils with a range of special educational needs. Once appointed, you will be fully supported in your role; spending time with the current SENDCo to ensure an effective and comprehensive handover.
