Customer Care Resolutions Team Manager
We are looking for a Customer Care Resolutions Team Manager who can share our ambitions and values to join our team based in Milton Keynes. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you will be doing as our Customer Care Resolutions Team Manager???

Your role as our Customer Care Resolutions Team Manager will be to lead, motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results, keeping the customer at the 'heart' of everything you do.
As your team are key in delivering customer-focused and business savvy courses of action, you must be able to see the bigger business picture and develop this into your team. You are fully accountable for the efficiency and performance of your department, whether that be through people or performance. Bringing a continuous improvement mentality and challenging where necessary, you should also collaborate with other departments within the Customer Care Centre.
Your team will be responsible for the key service actions in response to any product concerns our customers may have. Because the administration of the department is very much linked to the Resolutions Team, the Administration Team and Supervisors will report to you.
To meet the demands of a leading retailer who offers maximum availability to our customers you may be required to work late nights and weekends.
