Service Desk Analyst - GBP12 per hour inside IR35

Your new company
We are currently working with a public sector client based in the Leicester area that is looking to add a Service Desk Analyst to their team. The role is likely to be an initial 6 month contract with a rate of GBP12 per hour inside IR35. With complete remote working.

Your new role
The role as a Service Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact for any IT Support issue, this means providing a high level of customer service to all end users. You will work to the service desk processes in place and escalate issues when required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven IT support experience; including troubleshooting skills, great communication and interpersonal abilities, whilst also being able to explain processes in a no technical way. You will have experience in using a ticketing system, whilst working individually and within a team.
