Conveyancing Paralegal

• Either for a Law Graduate or someone with property law experience

This is an exciting opportunity for either a law graduate, or maybe someone who has previous conveyancing experience, who is looking to take their career to the next step. You may have previously worked as a secretary within property law, or maybe as a Conveyancing Assistant, now looking to take a step up into a more advanced and challenging Paralegal role. Alternatively, you may be working within a Paralegal role currently and be looking to move across into a supportive and dynamic firm. Working closely with (and supporting) an experienced and knowledgeable lawyer, this is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills, while working within a fast-paced and challenging, yet also relatively relaxed environment. This is a small office of a Legal 500 firm who are looking to grow their presence in Exeter, so it's an exciting time to join the business. The firm offers a nice level of flexibility and autonomy for their staff, while they are even happy to financially support with qualifications, such as CILEx. This firm have modern offices, while the working culture is positive and upbeat.

Skills and experience required:

• Law graduate with an interest in property law
• Alternatively, previous conveyancing experience, either within a support role or as a Paralegal
• A positive and proactive approach
• Excellent client relation skills
