T&K Associates have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Client on a Temporary - Permanent basis in Shepshed, Loughborough.
Due to expansion within the business, it is an exciting time to join a friendly team and grow with the business.
Customer Service Coordinator Job Details;
- GBP19,401.20 per annum
- 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday & 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-12pm

Customer Service Coordinator Job duties;
- Sales administration
- Resolving Customer queries and escalating queries to the Customer Service manager if needed
- Processing sales orders in line with Company deadlines
- Checking orders for anomalies
- Dealing with complaints and providing a resolution
- Looking into Customer credits and resolving order discrepancies
- Ensuring a positive Customer Service experience is provided to Customers at all times
- Coordinating with key departments and external contacts to coordinate the successful delivery of goods
Customer Service Coordinator Person Specification:
- Strong administration skills with an excellent telephone manner
- IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills with the ability to deal with Customers at all levels
