Senior Service Desk Analyst - SCCM - Office365 - ITIL
Gravitas are supporting a fantastic Not-For-Profit organisation in Bedfordshire to find a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their existing team.
This position will work closely with the current Service Desk Analysts, acting as an escalation point for any tickets that cannot be quickly resolved & upskilling team mates in specific technical areas.
The Senior Service Desk Analyst will also support regular software deployments and assist with key projects such as the ongoing move to OneDrive & SharePoint.
Role: Senior Service Desk Analyst
Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP35,000 (+ 28 days annual leave & bank holidays)
Location: Bedfordshire (some home working with occasional site visits required).
- Demonstrable understanding of group policy roll outs
- Clear & detailed knowledge of the O365 suite
- Networks experience
- KPI Management
- Full UK Driving License & access to own vehicle
- Knowledge and practical experience with SCCM.
- Knowledge of Azure
- Networks troubleshooting experience
- IP Configurations
- Mobile Device Management Experience (eg Airwatch)
