Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
My client is a National Maintenance Company. They are currently seeking a mobile maintenance supervisor to join an already established team Bristol. As the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, you will have your city and guilds, NVQ or equivalent with 17th or 18th edition, (test and inspection is desirable but not essential), supervisory experience and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Retail
Duties will include 50% management and 50% hands on. You will look after 4 stores as well as managing 4 engineers, making sure permit to works are in order and compliance is up to date, call out rotas, holiday, and general paperwork, making sure KPI', SLA's and compliance are up to date.
In addition, the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor will help engineers and clients with any technical issues, as well as covering for engineers when on holiday and helping in general maintenance duties.
Hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime
Salary is GBP36,720 with call out 1 in 4, van, tablet, phone, fuel card, uniform and more.
