Sustainability recruitment specialist Lewis Davey is delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding commercial real estate service provider that has recently doubled in size and is still experiencing exponential growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business working solely within the sustainability industry and largely with institutional investors as they grapple with challenges like the net-zero agenda and TCFD.
We're recruiting for Consultants at Sustainability Consultant or Senior Sustainability Consultant grade. You should have at least three years of experience of working as an Energy Consultant or a Sustainability Consultant and have some experience of delivering services such as; energy auditing within commercial buildings, EMS (ISO14001), sustainability reporting & compliance (GRESB, CDP, GHG) and ESG. Ideally this will be with real estate investors but as a minimum you should have exposure to commercial property.

Ideally you will be comfortable operating in a client facing capacity. A broader knowledge of environmental and sustainability consultancy including BREEAM In-use, WELL and Fitwell would be beneficial.
