We are looking for strong and experienced customer service/administrators for a 3 month temporary contract to start immediately (subject to reference checks) this role will be situated close to East midlands Airport.
Customer Service Admin
DE74 area
Paying GBP10.50 p/hr
Monday to Friday, 5.00pm to 11.00pm- 30 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Customer Service- Call Centre environment
Investigate and resolve issues as required
Providing clearance of goods and support to external customers
Advising customers on new procedures related to Brexit regulations
Data Entry- good attention to detail
Navigating between various systems- requires good I.T skills
Completing any related administration ensuring completeness and compliance
Follow predefined procedures and processes
Regular interaction with first line management
Occasional interaction with suppliers and vendors
Maintaining the CRM
Notify management of any non-compliant issues as they arise
Working closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met
May be required to perform other duties as assigned
Full training will be given (1 week)
