An Architectural Technologist is required for an International Architectural practice based in their Bristol City Centre Office.
This Award-winning Architectural practice has been established for over 40 years and has won over 900 different awards in the company history.
The practice has offices across all over the world and their Bristol office is one of the biggest. Here, they have a strong Architectural team of 60 professionals from all different skillsets and experiences.
You will be working on projects across the South West and Wales, on some of the most talked-about, high-profile projects in the region now.
New projects for this practice include super hospitals, state-of-the-art education centres, new surgical centres, commercial/office developments which are all multi-million-pound projects.
Salary for this position ranges from GBP18,000-GBP24,000 (doe). As a company, they offer a flexible working arrangement, mentoring for becoming Chartered (MCIAT) and many more benefits.
The Candidate/Role: Architectural Technologist
* Ability to use Revit
* Can communicate with different consultants, engineers, etc
* Strong building envelope detailing, internal fit-out detailing, creating, and updating Revit schedules.
* Clash detection and resolution
* Produce working drawings and schedules to a high standard.
* Experience working as an Architectural Technologist.
* Work within a multi-disciplinary project team and coordination information
