Our product range comprises of clay bricks, Thermalite blocks, aggregate blocks, Red Bank chimney, roofing and flue systems, precast concrete and flooring products and Formpave permeable paving.

We are currently looking for x2 enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the position of Graduate Management Accountant in Northampton.

The Role

To support the Finance function in the preparation of the monthly Management Accounts and Balance Sheet reconciliations plus ad hoc reporting and analysis as required. There will be opportunities to be involved in process and system improvement and an inquisitive and challenging attitude will be encouraged. There will also be a requirement for travel to operational sites to facilitate better understanding of the business and develop relationships with stakeholders. This entry level role will provide a good grounding in Management Accounts with the possibility of rotation to a different area of the Finance team at some point within the first two years.

The Candidate

Education/Qualification:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business / AAT / Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA
  • Interest in Finance if a school leaver (possibly supported by previous school work experience placements or subjects studied)
