My well established Leicester based client are looking for an Independent Financial Adviser to join the team on a full time and permanent basis. The role will be covering Bromsgrove, Warwick & Corridor in between.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive IFA to join the company due to acquisitions, whilst seeking new business opportunities to support business growth
Duties:-
* Provide financial advice to clients on a range of whole of market financial planning solutions to both existing and new clients.
* Identify new business opportunities both internally and externally to support the growth of the business, whilst maximising brand awareness.
* Networking with external bodies to expand client opportunities.
* Ensuring an exceptional service offered at all times making sure reviews are undertaken regularly and in accordance with agreed service propositions to maintain and grow recurring revenue stream.
* Working to set KPIs for sales, service & compliance.
* Adhere to compliance, training & development.
* Act in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
* Reporting of pipeline.
Key Skills:-
* Must be diploma qualified within Financial Planning (ideally Chartered or working towards Chartered).
* Proven experience within a financial planning role.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long term relationships.
* Proactive nature to be able to seek out new business opportunities.
* Demonstrable track record of delivering challenging sales targets within a regulated environment
