As Transport Operations Manager, within this organisation you will be overseeing a direct-to-customer delivery service that focuses on providing an amazing customer experience. Every day will be different and will bring with it diverse challenges. As well as managing the day-to-day multi drop operation to ensure that the Transport function is monitored and targeted you will lead and develop a team of Drivers.
Proven experience of managing a multi drop operation with a large transport fleet that is expected to grow quite quickly. The Company are a specilaist in their field and work with some really fast growing and dynamic brands, so an open mind to constant change is a must. A CPC in Road Transport Management is ideal.
Essentially, we seek a proactive Transport Operations Manager, who as well as having a strong transport background and a positive approach to enforcing change, is also able to work with high levels of integrity and common sense. You will need to be a results-oriented and forward-thinking individual who has the energy and determination needed to make things happen!
