TEAM LEADER/ MANAGER - WOMEN IN TECH TEAM

We are excited to announce the opening of a new vacancy for the TEAM LEADER/ MANAGER for our new venture Women in Tech team, based in London or Newcastle.

About the Role

Women in Tech team - an exciting new team working exclusively within the diversity and inclusion space. If you're an avid networker, skilled at leveraging a job-rich environment, and keen to make a difference in the tech industry, then this opportunity could be for you.

The role includes:

Billing responsibilities

Initiating and maintaining strong working relationships with both new and existing candidates,
Building a network of highly skilled IT professionals relevant to your market
Managing the recruitment life-cycle for initially only candidates, from attraction through to placement and ongoing post-placement relationship management
Developing adequate market knowledge to be able to deliver expert industry advice to both clients and candidates
Helping with organizing networking events and coming up with new ideas for candidates attractionLeadership responsibilities:

Leading from the front with best practice and high levels of customer service delivered to both candidates and clients throughout all recruitment processes with your team
Ensuring that yourself and your team are continuously building a wide-reaching network or highly sought-after candidates and potential clients within the market
Setting, reviewing and improving team activity for a range of key performance indicators
Recruiting, training, and developing new starters to high levels of output in line with FRG performance expectations, and to meet our company's global expansion planRequirements

At least 12-months experience in a leadership role in recruitment (management or mentoring of new staff members)
Experience in training and developing new members of staff
A track record of sales success, with the proven ability to consistently generate multiple high-value deals per month
Experience in networking and attracting candidates in various ways
A solid history of candidate & client generation to ensure complete coverage of the market and continuous development of the candidate pool
The dedication to become a trusted industry expert with the required market knowledge to be established as the go-to recruiter in your market
Fluency in written and spoken English
