Customer Service Recruitment Co-ordinator

Main responsibilities:
* helping our clients find the right people for their business
* meeting with clients face to face or via video calls
* being customer focussed
* calling clients to obtain new vacancies and give feedback on candidates you have placed
* inducting candidates for their new roles
* being on call out of office hours to assist our clients in their hour of need
* working to our governing bodies regulations
* helping to prevent slave labour within the UK
* helping promote our clients vacancies to the available pool of candidates via our data base and jobs boards
* knowledge of all social media platforms
Requirements for the role:
* B2B experience would be an advantage but not essential
* previous experience with customers
* a 'can do' attitude
* solution led attitude to work
* great telephone manner
* good attention to detail
* be willing to go the extra mile for our clients and candidates
* own a car
* current driving licence with less than 6 points *
