Senior Residential Childcare Workers & Team Leaders
Ashberry Recruitment are looking to identify experienced and qualified Senior Residential Childcare Workers and Team Leaders to join a brand new team on a permanent, full time basis in the Chester area.
Our client are a well-respected specialist and therapeutic provider of residential childcare, supporting and caring for children and young people who present with mild to moderate mental health issues.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in working with young people presenting with attachment and personality disorders and experienced at planning shifts, team leading, key-working and behaviour planning.
As Senior Residential Childcare Worker you will be compassionate and committed to providing a safe and stable environment for the children within your care. We are looking for experienced individuals who are also dedicated to their professional development and eager to learn.
An NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care (or equivalent) is essential for this role, as is a driving licence.
These are permanent, full time roles to include a variety of shifts including early, late, long day and sleeps, across 7 days to include some weekends.
