First Achieve are recruiting for position of European Road Freight - Account Manager with our key client a leading Global Forwarder in the Glasgow/Paisley region.
You will oversee large key accounts and work in delivering first class customer service, while also dealing with new business enquiries. Keen to speak with candidates that have proven experience in Account Management in European Road Freight.
Key duties and experience.
Handling European Road Freight Imports/Exports - planning trailers, negotiating with hauliers.
Producing import/export documentation
Deal with any complex queries from Key Accounts.
Work to tight timescales, deadlines and SLA'a
Strong ability in delivering a first-class customer service.
Dealing with customer bookings / queries
Processing customs clearance documents and clearance.
Booking deliveries
Producing and sending sales invoices
Work closely with all internal departments, customer service, sales and finance.
