Counterbalance Forklift Driver

We have a vacancy for a Forklift Truck Operative to be based with our client in Stone, Staffordshire. This role is offered as a 12-week temp to perm position offering a suitable candidate the opportunity to develop a career with a well-established company. This position is working with large sheets of cardboard and similar packaging products, working predominately inside however unloading of vehicles and waste will be needed. Strict with H&S and covid see below. An inhouse licence will be considered.

Role:

* Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck

* Manoeuvring palletised goods within the warehouse

* Materials handling between departments

* Unloading and loading received / dispatched pallets

* Other associated duties within the warehouse environment

Candidate:

* Must have a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence (In house will be considered)

* Will have previous experience gained from working within a similar role

* Are able to undertake a physical role as above

* Willing to work a continental shift pattern (which includes days and nights)

* Are able to commute to the working location for the hours as described

Hours of work:

This position is on a 06:00-14:00 the 14:00-22:00

Candidates should offer a degree of flexibility in line with the client's requirements.

Pay Rates 9.50 an hour

Inhouse Licences can be accepted

This position is offered as a 'temp to perm' position
