Direct Response Employment are assisting our client in the recruitment of a Lab technician to join the team on an initial temporary up until at November however could be extended and to start ASAP.
The role will be working 32 hours per week Monday to Wednesday 8am - 5pm and Thursday 8am - 4pm with the Fridays off.
The role will be assisting the Lab with samples for testing, this will include initial preparation of samples and assisting with grinding and sieving of test samples.
You may also be asked to update results on paper and the system and to ensure the lab is stocked and remains clean and tidy at all times.
We are looking for someone who ideally has some experience within a lab or perhaps studied within a scientific qualification and has a basic understanding in this area.
The role is paying a starting pay rate of GBP8.73 per hour and we are looking for a candidate to get started ASAP.
