Marketing Assistant
Recruit 2 You are currently Recruiting for our fast-growing client based in Kirkby In Ashfield. Our client is the Uk's largest independently owned manufacturer of their products. Due to exceptional growth over the last 12 months; an exciting opportunity has become available to join the business as a Marketing Assistant.
Your responsibilities as the new Marketing Assistant
* Monitoring and managing all social media platforms.
* Updating company brochures.
* Email marketing campaigns
* Maintain and update company website.
* Liaise with external SEO/ PR agencies etc.
* Monitor and manage online 3rd party sales portal.
* Support the Sales team with organising trade fairs worldwide.
* As part of your role, you will be communicating with different departments to ensure customers are updated with their progress for design of labels etc.
* General administration duties as required to support the wider team.
Key skills required for a Marketing Assistant.
* Knowledge of Social media platforms
* Team player
* Highly organised
* Willing to learn.
* Experience of using computers for a variety of tasks.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent written English
Qualifications required:
A Levels or equivalent in a business or marketing capacity preferred.
A Marketing qualification would be desirable but not essential as opportunities to undertake additional training will be made available to the right candidate.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 hrs.
