They have over 30 established branches and are continuing to grow and attract the best talent within the Industry, they now have an exciting opportunity for either a Managing Consultant, Divisional or Branch Manager to launch a division/branch within the following sectors..... Industrial/manufacturing, Technical/Engineering, Logistics/Driving, Construction, Healthcare, Trades and Labour, IT or a sector that you have been very successful in. Ideally you will have working knowledge of the Slough Berkshire region and be motivated to grow a team of consultants around you.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment management background in either Industrial/Manufacturing, Technical and Enginnering, Construction, Logistics, Trades and Labour, IT, Healthcare or a niche sector where you have proven success.
As a billing recruitment branch manager, you'll be responsible for getting the division or branch up and running, with the full support and guidance of the senior management team behind you.
The person they are seeking will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving the division/branch to its full potential. It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop a team around you and thrive on chasing and winning new business for your division/ branch.

Experience Required
* A successful career within the recruitment industry as a Managing Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or a billing Branch or Divisional Manager
* Confident and resilient personality
* Great organisational and management skills and a flawless work ethic
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of high street recruitment or a niche sector
* A desire to succeed and to grow and branch
