We are currently recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Service Executive on an initial 6-month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible. They are looking for someone who has previous experience in a customer-facing environment and speaks fluent French.
Typical duties include:
* Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and email
* Proactively speaking with and contacting customers with updates on their orders
* Providing a high level of customer service to all customers
* Managing orders and providing quotes where required
The Successful candidate:
* Excellent communication skills and able to speak and write fluently in French
* Previous customer facing experience
* Able to work hard as part of a team
* Organised with strong attention to detail.
