We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Credit Controller to join our client, an organisation that has been enjoying excellent growth year on year.
The successful candidate will need to have brilliant customer service skills and be a great communicator when dealing with members of the public.
This role requires you to work with customers over the phone to resolve overdue accounts, so you'll also be a confident problem solver.
Duties will include:
Working with relevant parties to ensure early resolution of credit issues
Working with relevant parties to resolve billing queries
Ensure compliance with company's credit control policies
Work out and implement payment plans Skills you will need:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role (Credit Control, Debt Management)
Experience in customer services
The ability to remain calm under pressure
Amazing communication skills
Empathetic problem solver
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)About Morgan Jones:
