Production Manager in Fresh Produce Company. Must have experience in vegetable growing such as spring onions etc.
Previous experience in a similar role required.
As the Production Manager in the Fresh Produce Company you will have responsibility for the safe and efficient management production operation within the site.
Ensure internal processes procedures and policies are updated, created and adhered to on time.
A seasoned and experienced Production Manager who has managed similar Fresh Produce production & site operations
A strong leader with confidence in a fast-paced senior role
Experienced gained from a FMCG environment with working knowledge of the food/retail industry
Vast experience of continuous improvement in a Production environment
Proven people management skills.
Previous success in producing results in multifunctional teams
Able to deal effectively with challenging situations
Commercially astute.
The Annual salary is GBP34,000 with working hours Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. This is a full time permanent position
