Chubb Fire and Security are looking to recruit 5 talented and resourceful Customer Service Administrators to join the National Accounts Team in Blackburn (BB1 2PR).

What will I be doing as a Customer Service Administrator?

Management of multiple inboxes and customer emails
Responding to customer chasers for maintenance management and service calls
Handling internal and external customer queries
Logging and reporting on customer calls
Pro-active management of open work orders
Dealing with customer responses to letters, telephone calls and emails.
Liaison with customers, branches and engineers in a professional manner

To be successful in this role you will:

Possess prior experience of Customer Service via phone and email, in a high volume or complex environment.
Ideally have experience of coordinating call management.
Be able to demonstrate a professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills.
Have good level of IT literacy, especially Excel.

Your personal qualities and behaviours are also very important to us and you will therefore need to be able to demonstrate that you are passionate about the customer, possess excellent people and communication skills, work well as part of a team, possess attention to detail, good organisational abilities, flexibility and are able to perform well in a fast paced, demanding environment.
