A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Recovery Worker roles within Cranstoun Wokingham. Cranstoun Wokingham substance misuse service started on 1 April 2021. Cranstoun is ambitious about promoting recovery, integration and fulfilment for Wokingham residents affected by substance misuse.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will need to be able to demonstrate a robust knowledge of substance misuse services. In addition to this, you will also demonstrate experience of leading and motivating a team, and providing day-to-day support for front line workers.
Good supervisory skills are required, as well as experience of recognising and managing safeguarding concerns.
At the start of a new 5 year contract this will be an exciting time for an experienced individuals to come on board and be part of the new service development.
