About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account/ Relationship Manager to join our Sales Team.
Within this role you will be:
* Conduct regular high value/strategic client meetings using conference calls and face-to-face meetings.
* Provide high value/strategic clients with support for all queries ensuring that at all times the company's systems are updated to track any change requests or specific requirements relevant to the implementation
* Monitor progress of implementations ensuring that potential issues affecting SLA delivery whether they are client or allpay related are escalated at the earliest opportunity
* Work closely with the Client Services and Sales Team in identifying areas of improvement which will aid with the client experience.
About The Candidate
To be successful in this role you will need to:
* Previous experience in a customer account management role or equivalent.
* Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy: including in written communication.
* Be able manage several complex activities simultaneously and prioritise.
* Be able to gather, input and evaluate data.
* An experience in project management and monitoring would be an advantage.
