Conveyor and Special Purpose Machinery Manufacturer
Near Dunstable
GBP30,000 to GBP45,000 + Benefits
After a year of continued growth, new clients and new projects, we are currently on the search for a new, forward-thinking Mechanical Design Engineer to join our busy company near Dunstable.
We are a designer, manufacturer and installer of bespoke Conveyor, Material Handling and Special Purpose Machinery solutions for a variety of industries. Working on everything from stand alone units, through to full processing systems, we are looking for someone with a background in design complex machinery solutions, who are keen to interject new ideas and develop systems.
Based in the South East of England, near Dunstable, we have been suppling these complete turnkey solutions for around 50 years, with no sign of slowing down! We also fabricate all aspects of our systems in house, giving our engineers a greater understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints when working with fabricate equipment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
-Background designing complex assemblies in 3D CAD (Ideally Inventor but not essential)
-Experience designing conveyors, material handling equipment, special purpose machinery or automated solutions
-Minimum HNC / HND Engineering qualification (Ideally degree qualified but not essential)
-Excellent communication skills
