Energy Advice Supervisor

Hours: 22 hours per week over 3 days

Contract: Fixed term contact until end April 2023

Location: Flexible, initially based at home and local office, with offices across Norfolk

Salary GBP23500 (pro-rata for part time)

'Norfolk Warm and Wise' is a two year partnership project between Citizens Advice Diss, Thetford and District (lead partner) and Norfolk Citizens Advice. Funding for the project is through the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme, .

The role is temporary for three days per week until 30 st April 2023, and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of 'Norfolk Warm and Wise partnership', a two year project between Citizens Advice Diss, Thetford and District (lead partner) and Norfolk Citizens Advice. Funding for the project is through the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme, .

The successful candidate will supervise and support two FTE Energy Advisers, and accredited volunteer advisors, delivering energy advice through email and telephone, and at outreach locations throughout Norfolk. Domestic energy advice will be delivered to clients to limit the impact of fuel poverty on people's lives.

Home working is currently strongly encouraged. The applicant will need to demonstrate a good grasp of technology, but training will be offered in Citizens Advice systems.
