As an organisation we are recruiting for a number of Employability contracts to support the unemployment back to work. This job will play a key role in contributing to the UK's economic recovery, 'Restart' which is a cornerstone of the Governments 'Plan for Jobs' strategy and the existing expansion to the Work and Health Programme (WHP_JETS). The role will be supporting individuals who have been in long- term unemployment or those affected because of the devastating economic impact of Covid-19. We will address the barriers to gaining new employment with tailored support for each individual to achieve and sustain good work, including supported job search, re-training for a different sector and restoring self-confidence for work.

We are currently recruiting for talented individuals to join our team as a Hub Co-ordinator. You wil be responsible for managaing the office to ensure it is fit for purpose and all employees have the equipment and environment they need to do their job. You will also manage a small team of receptionists and act as a central point of contact for customers, visi-tors and employees who call at or telephone the office. You will be expected to undertake administrative assistance and support duties.

Our ideal candidate will have previous office/hub management experience, experience in deal-ing with customers and suppliers concerning referral and employment enquiries or other ad-ministrative issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate access of Hub facilities, e.g. hot-desking, and liaise with Facilities Man-agement Team to resolve any issues
• To have control of the issuing and receipt of all office keys, including maintaining a register of all keys held by individual staff members, for all locations and ensuring staff are aware of opening up and locking up procedures
• Ensure appropriate health and safety records are produced and maintained and fire drills and other procedures are carried out in the office to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and any specific contract requirements

Skills and Experience
Essential
• Experience of liaising with a range in internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers concerning referral and employ-ment enquiries or other administrative issues
• Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
• Be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes and Microsoft Teams

Desirable
• Knowledge of the employability industry
• Experience of working with people in 'advice & guidance' environments
• Full driving licence

Additional Information
Salary: GBP29,858 - 32,554 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Plymouth
Hours: 37 hrs (full time) 8.30am- 5.00pm Monday -Thursday, Friday 8.30am -4.30pm
Closing Date: 16th March 2022 (Rolling campaign due to high volume of activity)
